Forgot username & password

If you forget your username and password, use a pointed object such as a straightened paper clip to hold down

the Reset Button for 10 seconds. This will restart the unit and reset all settings on the device, including the

username and password. The factory defaults will be loaded once the READY LED turns green again.

INFORMATION

The default username is admin, and the default password is moxa.

If you forget the IP address of the unit, use IOxpress utility to search for the device if IOxpress service is

already enabled in Security  Service Settings. Otherwise, load the factory default settings and access the

unit with the default IP address.

Step 1: Open IOxpress, go to Device Library and click Device  Search in the menu.
