INFORMATION

When the I/O module is inserted into the correct position, the connection between the internal bus and

the previous module is established.

Removing the Unit from a DIN Rail

Take the following steps to remove the unit from a DIN rail.

Step 1: Use your finger to pull the release tab on the lower part of the module.

Step 2: Press the release tab (item 1 in the figure) and then remove the CPU module from the DIN rail (item

2 in the figure).

NOTE

Disconnect all connections, including Ethernet, serial, and power cables, from the device before removing the

device from the DIN rail.
