Fitting/removing components in valve locations

5.3.1 Preparing the CPV-SC valve terminal

5.3.2 Remove the component

1. Loosen the relevant socket of the individual connection or
the multi-pin plug and carefully pull it off (
tion 3.3.5 Connecting the electric cables).
2. Loosen the tubing line at the working ports 2 and 4 of the
valve sub-base to be replaced (
technology).
3. Loosen the wall fastening on the right-hand end plate.
Note
The bistable solenoid valve (Ident. code J) consists of two
components, the control valve and the power valve. Each
sits in its own valve sub-base. The control valve is marked
with j 12 on the front, has no working ports and is situated
to the left of the power valve. The power valve is marked
with Ident. code J.
Components on valve locations can easily be replaced with-
out much effort.
Proceed as follows:
1. If necessary, remove the optional inscription label holder
(
chapter 2).
2. Unclamp the valve manifold. In order to do this, loosen
the tie rod screws one turn. Then unscrew the tie rod
screws until the heads of the screws project up to 9 mm
on theend plate (do not remove the tie rod screws).
