6.6.5 Maintenance/Acknowledgement (Shortcut: button [▼])
If a malfunction or fault occurs, a fault message is shown on the display, alternating with the
basic display.
The maintenance/acknowledgement menu provides the following options for this case:
● Resetting fault messages
● Triggering the maintenance functions (heat pumps operated for 15 minutes)
Opening the menu for maintenance/acknowledgement

Contact customer service of the installer or dealer, if the fault can not be remedied by resetting.
In this case, the information specified in the System Survey menu will be passed on to
customer service (→ System Survey, P. 41).
Using the maintenance function, the heat pump operation can be released without heat
demand, for example to perform function testing. The maintenance function may only be
actuated by the customer service of the installer or dealer or upon his instructions.
Procedure to actuate the maintenance function:
► Open the maintenance/acknowledgement menu as described above.

6.6.6 MCR-BMS (Shortcut: [OK] button
The MCR-BMS (measuring, controlling, regulating, building control technology) contains all
parameters and functions to control the consumer circuits. For example, the parameters and
setpoints of the heating circuits, domestic hot water circuit, the system time and occupation time
(timer functions) can be adjusted there.
Furthermore, access to the complete menu structure is possible via the MCR-BMS menu.
To change the setpoints, access level 1 (user) and above with access code 1111 is required.
Complete access is only granted with Access level 4 (Service)(→ Access Codes, P. 36).

Now the menu for maintenance/acknowledgement is displayed.

respective heat pump (RESET HPx).
The parameter is marked on the display with an arrow (→).
The setting flashes.

The parameter is marked by an arrow (→) and the changed setting is displayed.
The fault of the heat pump is then acknowledged and will no longer be
displayed.
