Refer to the USB Blaster Download Cable User Guide for information on
how to install the USB Blaster download cable driver included with the
Quartus II software.

SMA Cable

The ends of the SMA cable can be connected to any of the four connectors
on the Stratix II DSP development board: the digital-to-analog converter
connectors, DAC A OUT and DAC B OUT, or the analog-to-digital
converter connectors, ADC A IN and ADC B IN.
