Calibrating the Outer Arm
The Outer Arm Calibration makes sure the Outer Arm is returning correct values.
Note:
The Balancer comes from the factory correctly calibrated. You do not need to perform this
calibration when you receive the Balancer. You only need to perform this calibration if you are
seeing multiple incorrect Wheel balances.
Perform this procedure
To calibrate the Outer Arm:
1. Put the 200 mm Outer Arm Calibration Tool into one of the two holes on the Shaft Flange.
2. Press and hold Stop, then press OPT.
CAL-0F appears.
3. Place and hold the tip of the Outer Arm on the side of the Shaft Flange (1 below), then press ALU.
CAL-200 appears.
4. Place and hold the tip of the Outer Arm on the end of the 200 mm Outer Arm Calibration Tool
(2 above), then press ALU.
CAL-END appears.
The calibration is complete.
