If you were to split a Wheel down the center (as shown below), it would be split into two "Planes", an
Inner plane and an Outer plane.

Balancing a Wheel on planes at the same time is the most effective method. Of the five
Balancing Modes supported by the LS43B, four of them balance on two locations at the same time.
The fifth, Static (STA) Mode, is included for older, thin, automobile Wheels and motorcycle Wheels,
which are not big enough to be balanced on both planes at the same time.
