Fine adjustment of magnification ratio in vertical scanning direction at ADF stream reading [back side]
To make a fine adjustment of the image magnification ratio in vertical scanning direction when stream
reading the back side of original with ADF.
As the value is incremented by 1, the image is reduced by 0.01% in vertical scanning direction. (The feeding
speed increases, and the image is reduced.)
• When installing the ADF
• When replacing the Main Controller PCB / clearing RAM data
Enter the setting value (switch negative / positive by * key) and press Apply key.

Operation check of ADF Motor
To start operation check of ADF Motor (M702).
At operation check
1. Select the item, and then press Yes key. It is driven for approximately 5 seconds and is automat-
ically stopped.
2. Press Yes key. The operation check is completed.

To start operation check of the ADF individual feed in the mode specified by FEED-CHK.

Select the item, and then press Yes key.

ON.
