Keysight 16860 Series Portable Logic Analyzer Service Guide
Lift the power supply shroud out and remove it.
Disconnect the 12V STDBY power cables from the power supply
Disconnect the AC power cable.
Turn the chassis upside down and with a T10 Torx screwdriver, remove the four screws holding it
in place.
