FUEL SYSTEM
When turning starter motor, negative pressure is generated in the combustion chamber. This negative
pressure
works
on the diaphragm of fuel cock through passageway provided in the carburetor main bare
and vacuum pipe, and diaphragm builds up a negative pressure which is higher than the spring
pressure,
Fuel valve is forced to
open
due
to diaphragm operation, and thus
allow fuel t o flow into carburetor float
chamber.
