REASSEMBLY
Reassemble and remount the
front
fork in the
reverse order of disassembly and removal, and also
carry out the following steps:
INNER TUBE METAL
Hold the inner tube vertically and clean the
metal
groove.
Clean the new metal inner surface and install
it to
the metal groove of the inner tube as shown.
Take special care to prevent damage to the
Teflon coated
surface of the Anti-friction
DAMPER ROD BOLT
Apply Thread Lock Cement and SUZUKI BOND
NO. 1215 t o the damper rod bolt. Tighten the
damper rod bolt with specified torque.
