Manual LSP Path Switch

This feature provides a new command to move the path of an LSP from a standby secondary to
another standby secondary.
The base version of the command allows the path of the LSP to move from a standby (or an active
secondary) to another standby of the same priority. If a new standby path with a higher priority or
a primary path comes up after the tools perform command is executed, the path re-evaluation
command runs and the path is moved to the path specified by the outcome of the re-evaluation.
The CLI command for the base version is:
tools perform router mpls switch-path lsp lsp-name path path-name
The sticky version of the command can be used to move from a standby path to any other standby
path regardless of priority. The LSP remains in the specified path until this path goes down or the
user performs the no form of the tools perform command.
The CLI commands for the sticky version are:
tools perform router mpls force-switch-path lsp lsp-name path path-name
tools perform router mpls no force-switch-path lsp lsp-name
