For export, states are:
For collection logs, the date and time of the last successful data collection for the
corresponding log type on the meter. If a collection type has never been collected, the

data export formats.
Applicable to collection logs only.
Next
The date and time of the next scheduled data collection for the corresponding log type
scheduled
on the meter. If a collection type is not scheduled for collection, the next collection
field will show Not configured.
