Force Single Coil (Function 05)

Writes a single binary value to the Specified Instrument Bit address.

The address specifies the address of the bit to be written to. The State to write is FF when
the bit is to be SET and 00 if the bit is to be RESET.
Note:
The Response normally returns the same data as the Query.
