As mentioned in section 5.1.3, you need the optional power connector X47 and the signal connector X47 for designs with SBM battery kit. The
signal connector ensures the conga-IC170 communicates flawlessly with the battery kit.

Power Status LEDs
The conga-IC170 provides two LED signals (FP_LED+ and P_LED-) on pins 2 and 4 of the front panel connector X39. The signals indicate the
different power states of the conga-IC170.
