S.MM.PPP + 3 : Target / source parameter address (SMM)
This parameter specifies the slot number (S) and menu number (MM) of
the target or source parameter.
S.MM.PPP + 4 : Target / source parameter address (PPP)
This parameter specifies the parameter number (PPP) of the target or source
parameter.
S.MM.PPP + 5 : Parameter value (LSW) or error code
This parameter:
Stores the least significant word of the value to be written to the destination
parameter if the command is Write (2) or
Stores the least significant word of the value read from the destination parameter if
the command is read and the status is Done or
The error code for the process if the status is Error

The addressing type is not supported.
A timeout occurred trying to access the specified item.
The requesting device does not have sufficient access rights.

The value could not be read, reason unknown.
The value could not be written, reason unknown.
The data could not be read as the source does not allow read access.
The data could not be written as the destination does not allow write
access.
The specified value is outside the suitable range for the item.
The request contained invalid information.
The response will not fit in the maximum response size.
The decimal place information is invalid (i.e. out of range of allowed
values for a write).
Invalid parameter in the parameter channel.
Invalid command.
Invalid IP address.
An unknown error happens.
Reserved for future use.
