6.3 Margin

This section describes the margin sizes.
The following descriptions assume that [Orientation] described in "3.2.1 Displaying [Layout]
Window" is set to [Portrait] and [Direction] described in "3.4.5 Displaying [General Settings]
Window" is set to [Front to Back].
There are the following margins in the paper width direction.
Left Margin
The following left margin appears.
Right Margin
The following right margin appears.
Right margin = Output paper width – Paper width – Left margin
Top Margin
The top margin is an area above the print data within the paper size, which does not contain
the print data, plus the length of the paper feed between head and cutter.
The length of the paper feed between head and cutter depends on the combination of
[Margin] in "3.4.5 Displaying [General Settings] Window", and [Paper Cut] and [Feed to Cut
Position] in "3.4.6 Displaying [Paper Cut/Marked Paper Settings] Window".
The following table shows the combinations of the margins, the paper cut, and the feed to cut
position.
