In all cases the minimum user step size will be when SS=1 or SSZ=1 and will be equivalent
to 1 microstep. As an example we use the 1.8 motor with 2mm pitch:
With SS=1, minimum step size is 0.04u, so RES,S = 0.04
With SS=25 minimum steps size is 1, so RES,S = 1
However setting RES,S,0.1 is not accurately achievable on this stage as 0.1 cannot be
divided wholly by 0.04.
