Setup the characteristic of the pattern:
Circle:
Focus Range: the function is not available.
Repeats: The number of times the pattern should be repeated.

Select the diameter of the circle, the X
width, Y width and the (FOV) fields of
view, in microns The settle time is the
number of ms the stage will remain at
each point.
Autostep: will automatically move to the
next point after the settle time is
complete, select off to manually click
though the points.
Autofocus: the function is not available.
Select the number of X Fields and Y
Fields. Select the X width Y width and
the (FOV) fields of view, in microns.
