 Right button (b=1) pressed moves Z up at constant velocity (f=2)

 Release buttons (b=0) stops Z motor (f=1) (no buttons pressed)
BUTTON,0,1
 Left button pressed implements TYA command

 Left button pressed implements G,100,200,300


Left button press (b=2) toggles XY joystick speed 100%/50%/25%
