ProScan® III Manual
Skew Angle: Skew the stage by the angle inputted.
Skew About: Skews the stage between about this point with the above angle.
Stage menu:
Displays information about the stage attached.
Piezo Menu:
This launches the piezo menu.
If the Piezo drive is daisy chained from the PS3 controller then it will be connected to
immediately. If it is attatched to the computer via another COM port, click 'Yes'.
