6. Using the bearing separator to slightly
move the inner race w off the shaft, and
then remove the inner race.

Assembling the crankshaft

9 When reassembling the crankshaft,
wash all component parts in clean
kerosene (do not use gasoline).
9 Do not reuse bearings, always replace
them with new ones.
1. Install the inner race 1 onto crank 2 by
using a press and the bushing 3.
Carefully press the inner race onto the
shaft.
