BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE

Before you start the engine, make
sure:
1. that the tractor is properly
braked
2. that the main gear shifting
lever is in the neutral position
3. that the reversing lever is in the
neutral position
4. that the PTO switches are off.
If the clutch pedal is not pressed - the
engine cannot be started - the starting in-
terlock switch is not actuated.
Note: Before the entire starting we rec-
ommend you to prime the fuel system
with some strokes of the manual feed
pump.

STARTING THE ENGINE

1. Put the key in ignition - "0" position.
2. Make sure the parking brake is set.
3. Switch off PTO on the cab right piller.
4. Depress the clutch pedal.
5. Move the reversation lever located
under the steering wheel the the ne-
utral position.
6. Move the gear lever to the neutral po-
sition.
7. Turn the key to "I" position. The glow
plug indicator illuminates.
8. Wait till the glow plug indicator goes
out (the time depends on the tempe-
rature of the liquid coolant).

If the glow plug indicator does not
illuminate but flashes, there is an
error of the ignition system (Igni-
tion system error singals cha-
pter). Have the error repaired in a
specialized service station.
9. When the indicator goes out, turn the
key immediately (do not wait for lon-
ger than 5s at maximum) to "II" positi-
on (start).
10. After ingition, release the key imme-
diately, it automatically turns back to
"I" position. Do not extend the star-
ting process to more than 15s.
11. Release the clutch pedal.
