COOLANT REPLACEMENT

Proceed as follows:
1. Open the heating valve (A) and re-
lease the overpressure plug on the
compensation tank (B).

2. Drain the coolant from the cooler (C).
The drain screw is accessible after
opening of the hood.
3. Drain the coolant from the engine
block (D). The drain valve is accessi-
ble after removing of the right shield
of the hood.
4. Close the screw and the valve after
draining the coolant (leave the heating
valve open).

5. Fill the cooling system with an anti-
freeze mixture.
6. Start the engine and let it run for
approx. 1 min.
7. Add the antifreeze mixture in the
compensation tank up to the upper
mark with the indication MAX.
8. Close the compensation tank with the
overpressure plug.
9. After heating of the engine and open-
ing of the thermostat let the coolant
cool down again and replenish it if
necessary.
Replace the antifreeze mixture with new
mixture after every two years at the lat-
est.
