Description
This command sets or queries the vertical position of the incoming waveform in digitizing levels.
Variations in this number are analogous to changing the vertical position of the waveform. For those
formats in which WFMInpre:BYT_Nr is important (all nonfloating point formats), this command must take
the location of the binary point implied by BYT_NR into consideration.
