2) Grounding cables (EMS ground point/aircraft ground point)
During installation, a distinction is made between 2 circuits
Introduction
- Aircraft circuit
- Electronic engine management circuit (EMS circuit).
At the engine start (dynamic condition), the two circuits are connected to
each other through the FUSE BOX.
The routing of the grounding cables (EMS ground and aircraft ground) is
an essential point to be considered when installing the engine electron-
ics.
Components that must not be connected to the aircraft ground or that can
be decoupled from the firewall or in the cockpit:
- ECU (must be installed in the cockpit or an area protected from fire
- Regulator A of FUSE BOX (the fuse box must be mounted in the

For checking purposes, use a multimeter to carry out a continuity test
