• fast-reroute per-link exclude interface type interface-path-id
{ level { 1 | 2 }}
• fast-reroute per-prefix exclude interface type
interface-path-id { level { 1 | 2 }}
Example:

per-link exclude interface Loopback0 level 1
Or

Before You Begin
The IS-IS overload bit avoidance feature is valid only on networks that support the following Cisco IOS XR
features:
