DISTANCE
The DISTANCE chart is displaying the accumulated distance during exercising. The range is form
0~9999 m to 999.9 km.
CYCLE
The CYCLE chart is only for the K7, R7 and S7 as Tabat user modes. The preset 8 cycles with the
range from 8-99 cycles.
LEVEL
The LEVEL is to display the resistance levels from level 1 to level 10.
WATT
The WATT is to display the exercised WATT in the range from 0 to 999. The WATT or WATT avg will
be displayed during all exercise modes every six seconds.
WATT avg
The WATT avg is to display the average of exercised watts in the range from 0 to 999. The WATT or
WATT avg will be displayed during all exercise modes every six seconds.
CAL.
The CAL. Is to display the accumulated exercised calories in the range from 0 to 999. The CAL. or
CAL/hr avg will be displayed during all exercise modes every six seconds.
CAL/hr
The CAL/hr is to display the calories consumed every hour after exercised in the range from 0 to 999.
The CAL. or CAL/hr avg will be displayed during all exercise modes every six seconds.
PULSE
The PULSE is to display the heart beats counted in the range from 40 to 220. The "P" icon will be
displayed if no heart rate beats detected. The heart icon will be flashing while showing the heart beats.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

SLEEP MODE
The computer will enter the sleep mode automatically if there is no program in function and no
exercising within two minutes.
POWER ON
Press nay button or pull some exercise bars and the computer will end the sleep mode with a long
beep sound. The display turns on in three seconds. The computer will enter the standby mode after
three seconds without pressing any button or pulling exercise bars.
STANDBY MODE
The computer will display three major exercise modes (K-kayaking, R-rowing, S-stretching) as the
standby display. Press any button of ENTER, UP/SELECT and DOWN/SELECT to activate the
computer.
WARNING: The tension gear for controlling the flywheel tension will not be activated during the
standby mode.
EXERCISE MODE
Press any button of ENTER, UP/SELECT and DOWN/SELECT to activate the computer. Press
UP/SELECT UP or DOWN/SELECT DOWN button to select the major exercise mode. Pres ENTER
key to confirm the main exercise mode. Press UP/SELECT UP or DOWN/SELECT DOWN button to
select the sub-exercise mode. Push ENTER to confirm. Press UP/SELECT UP or DOWN/SELECT
DOWN key to increase or decrease the resistance level or parameters. Press ENTER to confirm.
