■ Pager operation

D Calling a specific station
q Program the desired code channel in advance (p. 37).
w Set the operating frequency.
• Set the AF and squelch to the desired level as in normal opera-
tion.
e Push [A•
], then push [0•

• Rotate [VOL] to select "dtm.PG," if "dtm.CS" or "dtm.OF" ap-
pears.
r Select the desired transmit code channel:

] for 1 sec. to enter the code selection con-

• 100 MHz digit shows "P."
t Push [PTT] to transmit the pager code.
y Wait for an answer back.
• When the transceiver receives an answer back code, the func-
tion display shows the other member's ID or group code.
