When using PC programming, trunk groups can be assigned to a carrier using an on/off setting for each
trunk group. They can also be given a priority setting (1–4) which decides the order they are searched
when seizing a line. If there are no available lines in the trunk groups set to priority 1–4, the other trunk
groups set to on are searched in the order of smallest number first.
