No Ethernet buffer available.

Socket Interface Sequence is not valid.
TCP connection has been broken when Read or Write operation.

IP address could not be resolved from DNS server.
MSG buffer has been returned while DeleteSocket or
DeleteAllSockets services are executed. Or while the Inactivity
timer is expired.
