Description
The checksum read from the
board does not match the
checksum calculated.
Main Control Board was replaced
and parameters were not
programmed.
Programmed [Current Lmt Val]
has been exceeded. Enable/
Disable with [Fault Config 1] on
page
3-27.
The drive output current has
exceeded the hardware current.
Output transistors have
exceeded their maximum
operating temperature.
DC bus voltage fell below the
minimum value of 407V DC at
400/480V input or 204V DC at
200/240V input. Enable/Disable
with [Fault Config 1] on
page
3-27.
The checksum read from the
user set does not match the
checksum calculated.
Action
1. Cycle power to the drive.
2. If problem persists, replace drive.
1. Restore defaults.
2. Reprogram parameters.
Check load requirements and
[Current Lmt Val] setting.
Check for excess load, improper DC
boost setting. DC brake volts set too
high.
1. Check for blocked or dirty heat
sink fins. Verify that ambient
temperature has not exceeded
40°C (104°F) for IP 20 (NEMA Type
1) installations or 50°C (122°F) for
Open type installations.
2. Check fan.
Monitor the incoming AC line for low
voltage or power interruption.
Re-save user set.
