Calibration expiration date

If the expiration date is enabled and date is expired, the following
warning message is shown at start up of the RadEye:
If the expiration date is enabled the RTC is not set (e.g. after
change of batteries) the following warning message is shown at
start up.
After acknowledge the RadEye works as usual.
The expiration date can be changed with the tools "CalRadEye"
or "RadEyeSetCalibDate".
