CARBURETOR
Carburetor Remova l
• Turn the fuelcock to the "OFF" position and disconnect
the fuel hose .
• Loosen the carburetor clamp screws and remove the car·
bureter .
• Remove the carburetor top cap. Remove the throttle
valve.
• Disconnect the throttle cable from the throttle valve ,
• Push the cable holder and turn it
90° .
Remove the cable
holder, jet needle, set spring and set collar.
• Remove the screws.
• Remove the carburetor float chamber.
• Remove the buffer plate.
• Remove the float pin and floats.
• Remove the needle valve ass'y .
• Remove the pin and disassemble the needle valve ass'y .
• Remove the main jet, and slow jet.
• Remove the choke/idle adjuster knob .
• Remove the air screw.
• Clean the carburetor body with pressurized air.
