Front Fork Oil Level Adjustment
• Remove the front forks. 1 0" 15-21
• Remove the front fork caps. 1 0 15-2)
• Fit the special tool on the fork cap and tighten
it
to the
outer tube and pour the specified fork oil.

NOTE: Tilt the fork slightly to make
it
easier to pour oil.
Do not pull the outer tube any more than 250 mm (9.84 in)
from the axle holder of the inner tube.
Front Fork Oil Air Bleeding
•
Lift up the special tool and outer tube press down on the
special tool slowly.
• Repeat this process 2-3 times.
• Repeat the same process untill no more bubbles come
from oil.
• Wait 10 minutes and then measure the oil Jevel.
NOT£: Compress the front fork fullV. Set the fork in a ver-
tical position and measure the 0# level from the top end of
the outer tube.
