The Alerts Menu includes:
1. Volume
2. Vibration On/Off (Checkbox)
3. Ok
4. Cancel
10.2.1 Alerts > Volume.
The volume of beeps can be adjusted from 0 to 100. Tap the left or right
edge of Navistick to decrease or increase the volume in increments of
10. Values lower than 0 or higher than 100 will result in an error
message. To save your setting, scroll down 2 lines to the OK option, and
select it to confirm and exit back to the Settings menu. To exit without
making changes, scroll down 3 lines to CANCEL, and select it to cancel
changes and return to the Settings menu.
10.2.2 Alerts > Vibration On/Off.
This is a checkbox item. Tap the left or right edge of Navistick to toggle
the Vibration feature on and off. Note that if set to off, this feature
disables the vibration functions including the silent alarm option. To save
your setting, scroll down 2 lines to the OK option, and select it to confirm
and exit back to the Settings menu. To exit without making changes,
scroll down 3 lines to CANCEL, and select it to cancel changes and
return to the Settings menu.
10.3 Settings > Braille Menu.
The Braille menu lets you change the way braille is managed and
displayed.
The Braille menu includes:
1. Braille Presentation
2. Cursor
3. Default Braille Codes
4. Standard Braille Tables
5. Hide Braille Dots 7 and 8
6. Activate/Deactivate Master Switch Computer Braille
As with all menus in VarioUltra, you can scroll up and down with the
Navistick or with display keys D1 and D3. To scroll left and right, again
use the Navistick, or display buttons D2 and D5.
