Believe it or not, there are 106 different time zones in the world. Here
are some of the more commonly used:
o Hawaii, 3 of 106
o Alaska, 4 of 106
o Pacific, 6 of 106
o Arizona, 7 of 106
o Mountain, 9 of 106

o Eastern, 16 of 106
o GMT, 36 of 106

Scroll left or right with Navistick. Press in on Navistick to confirm your
choice, and return to the Date and Time menu.
10.7 Settings > Power Management.
Choose this menu to adjust power management settings, and check
battery status.
10.7.1 Power Management > Auto Suspend.
With "Auto Suspend", VarioUltra switches off automatically after a
predetermined length of inactivity. For example, if you're in Notetaker
mode and no keys are pressed for some time. The default delay is set to
10 minutes.
o If VarioUltra is in Braille Display mode, and actively connected to a
device, Auto Suspend will not occur.
o If VarioUltra is in Braille Notetaker mode, Auto Suspend will
always work, even when a device is connected in the background
in Braille Display mode.
The settings for Auto Suspend allow you to:
1. Switch the Auto Suspend feature on or off. It is on by default.
2. Set the time delay. The default is 10 minutes.
3. Determine if a warning signal is provided just prior to the device
shutting off.
4. When "Auto Suspend After" is checked, the "Minute" option
appears on the next line down. The default value is 10. Enter a
value 1 minute or greater.
