4.6.4 Insert Menu.

The insert menu includes a variety of things you can add to a document,
including the following:
o New Line
o New Paragraph
o New Page
o Date
o Time
Additional information and instruction now follows for the Insert Menu
options.
1) New Line. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command
B9+B4B5B8. Inserts a new blank line at the cursor position in your
document. Accessible in the menus at Insert > New Line.
2) New Paragraph. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut
command B9+B4B6B8. Inserts a new paragraph at the cursor
position in your document. Accessible in the menus at Insert > New
Paragraph.
3) New Page. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command
B9+B5B6B8. Inserts a new page at the cursor position in your
document. Accessible in the menus at Insert > New Page.
4) Date. To avoid the menu in future, enter shortcut command 5+B9B8.
Inserts the system date at the cursor position in your document.
Accessible in the menus at Insert > Date.

4.6.5 Navigate Menu.

The Navigate menu provides some additional options for moving around
a document. The Navigate menu includes the following items:
- Sentence Left
- Sentence Right
- Jump to Highlighted Text
These options are also listed in Section 4.2 Navigating Within a
Document.
Sentence Left and Sentence Right have the same result as Previous
and Next Sentence. Jump to Highlighted Text meanwhile, does just that.
If you highlight some text within a document, choose the Edit > Navigate
> Jump to Highlighted Text option, or enter command k+B9B8.
