13 BRAKE SYSTEM

Move the brake fluid reservoir mounted on the handlebar to a horizontal position.

Remove screws
–
Remove cover
–
Press the brake caliper onto the brake disc by hand in order to push back the brake
pistons. Ensure that brake fluid does not flow out of the brake fluid reservoir, extract-
ing it by suction if it does.

Make sure that you do not press the brake caliper against the spokes when

Remove cotter pin
brake linings.

Clean the brake caliper and brake caliper support.
