Resolving issues with power

Issue
The display doesn't turn on and its
indicator light isn't on.

turn on, but nothing shows on the

Resolving issues with presence detection and Wake to Touch

Issue
The display doesn't turn on when
users enter the room.
The display turns off when it
shouldn't.

Solutions
Make sure the power cable is properly connected to the wall and display.

Make sure the switch beside the AC power inlet is in the ON (I) position.

Make sure the power outlet is working by testing it with a different device.
