The light blinks while the system is operating
normally.
The light is on while the Ethernet port and PCs or
Hub are connected by UTP cables.

connected to the DLI port is in use.
The light is on while the DLI/SLI port connected to
the digital/analog port is in use.
The light is on while the SLI port connected to the
analog port is in use.
The light is on while the BRI port is connected to
the ISDN line.
