If you keep the lamp test button pressed for 10 seconds, the switch will reboot, but the switch
ID will not be changed and no configuration will be cleared.

Serial Craft Port
The HN4000 supports the connection of a local maintenance (craft) terminal through a DB‐9
female connector with an RS‐232 interface.

Solid Green
A communication link has been established between the 10/100 Mbps port and a
network device (normal operation).
Off
No traffic is being sent or received on the 10/100 Mbps port.
Blinking Green Blinks as traffic passes through the port.
