2.5 Installing the HN4000
Step 1. Locate the mounting‐hole positions on each side of the rack that will be used for
mounting the HN4000 chassis.
Step 2. Ensure that the HN4000 chassis will be level using the selected holes. Identify the
mounting holes with a marking pen or tape.
Step 3. Lift the HN4000 chassis into place in the rack and align the bracket mounting holes
with the rack mounting holes.
Step 4. Insert a mounting screw with external tooth washer into each of the four bracket
holes and tighten them with a #2 Phillips screwdriver to 41 ‐ 48 in‐lbs (4.6 ‐5.4 Nm).
