INSTALLATION
Install the collar, spring, drum stopper and bolt.
Tighten the bolt.
TORQUE : 1.2kgf m(12N m)
Press the drum stopper, and install the gear shift
cam, aligning the roller with the gear shift cam
hole.
Install the thrust washer into the gear shift spindle.
Install the gear shift spindle into the crank case,
aligning the teeth of the return spring with the
tappet of the right crank case as shown.
Install the following:
- Clutch assembly.
- R. crank case cover
Install the gear shift arm aligning its slit with the
punch mark on the gear shift spindle.
Install and tighten the pinch bolt to the specified
torque.
