Radiator Disassembly - DAELIM Roadwin R Service Manual

FAN/SHROUND
Loosen the hose band and disconnect the upper
hose and lower hose from the radiator.
Disconnect the thermostatic switch wire coupler.
Disconnect thefan motor wire coupler.
Remove 2 bolts and 1 nut on the radiator.

RADIATOR DISASSEMBLY

Remove 3 bolts and than remove the fan/shround from
the radiator.
Check fan motor by battery.
