The Advanced properties sheet is shown in Figure 28-2.
Note
Advanced properties normally should not need to be
changed. The default values should be sufficient for
normal network use.

Function
MAC Address
Description
Enter in this field a user assigned MAC
address. You will not have to change
this parameter for most networks. You
will only have to assign an address if
your network uses local MAC
addressing. By default this field is
blank.
