If GVC3200/GVC3202 is connected to VPN successfully, icon
the connection is failed, a prompt box will pop up to remind users whether to reconnect to VPN. If icon
displays in the top status bar, please check whether if your VPN configuration is correct.
Parameters Descriptions
Name Fill in your company address or the server you are connecting to.
Set to PPTP, L2TP/IPSec PSK, L2TP/IPSec RSA, IPSec Xauth PSK, IPSeXauth
Type
RSA or IPSec Hybrid RSA.
Server Address Fill in the server URL or IP address.
PPP Encryption
Defines whether to use PPP encryption.

Enter DNS search domain.
Domains
DNS Server Enter DNS server address.
Forwarding Routes Enter Forwarding Routes, for example, 10.0.0.0/8.

VLAN SETTINGS

Access GVC3200/GVC3202 home screen, go to Applications->Settings->Network->VLAN to configure
VLAN settings on GVC3200/GVC3202.
Parameters Descriptions
Assigns the VLAN Tag of the Layer 2 QoS packets for LAN port. The default value is
0.
Layer 2 QoS
Note:
802.1q/VLAN Tag
Please do not change the setting before understanding the VLAN's settings or
consulting with the network administrator. Otherwise, the device might not be able to
get the correct IP address.
Layer 2 QoS
Assigns the priority value of the Layer 2 QoS packets. The default value is 0.
