Remote Stop
The Remote Stop is triggered by an external NO (Normally Open) dry contact switch. Power to the
Remote Stop switch is about 10Vdc, and less than 20mA.
When the Remote Stop switch is closed, the UPS transfers from Normal/Backup to Bypass after a 1 – 2
sec. detection delay. (See the diagram below)
When the closed Remote Stop switch is opened, the UPS transfers from Bypass back to it's initial state
(Normal/Backup) after a 1 – 2 sec. detection delay.
If the UPS is in bypass when the Remote Stop is closed, no action is taken.
