6. If more than one module is being installed for the T1000 system, install the remaining mounting
bracket kits as described in steps 1-5.
5. Attach Rail Assemblies to 2-Post Adapter Brackets
1. Orient the Outer Channel Body of the Slide Assembly so the open side is facing inwards, and the
front is towards the rack front. Open and fully extend the slide inner channel from the outer channel.
NOTE: There are six (6) mounting holes available for use. The first two holes, Figure 5 - #1 and #2,
are accessible through openings in the Inner Channel when the Inner Channel is fully extended. The
Rear-most mounting hole (Figure 5 - #6) may be blocked by the 2-Post mounting bracket.
2. Bolt the Outer Channel Body (370ez-27-11), Figure 1-(3) to the Slide Mount Brackets. (4 places)
(See Figure 5) Recommend using holes #1, #2, #4, and #5 in Figure 5.
3. Insert the screws through the Outer Channel Body and 2-Post Slide Bracket (Figure 6).
4. Secure the four FHP 8-32 x 3/8 in. screws with the 8-32 serrated head nuts from 90400 kit. The nuts
screw on from the outside of the 2-Post Slide Bracket. (Figure 6)
5. Repeat steps 1-4 for the second slide assembly.

6. Repeat steps 1-5 for each module to be installed. (See Figure 7)
