3. Repeat Step 1-2 for all modules to be installed.
4. Attach 2-Post Adapter Brackets to 2-Post Rack

NOTE: If Rack Rail holes are threaded, use either the 1/4-20 or 10-32 bolts included in the Installation Kit.
If Rack rails have square penetrations, follow instructions below.**
NOTE: If installing more than one T1000 module, begin with the lowest module first.
1. Remove the cage nuts from the Slide kit.
2. Hold one of the 2-Post mounting brackets, P/N 2496052, against the 2-Post mounting flange at the
level of the lowest module to be installed, with the bracket flange, Figure 2, to the outside of the 2-Post
rack (Figure 3).
NOTE: Ensure all bracket slots align with the rack rail mounting holes to establish the bottom unit eleva-
tion.
3. Each 2-Post Mounting bracket has four (4) rack mounting bolt holes (Figure 1). Slip the cage nut over
the top (first) rack rail mounting hole. Repeat for the rail holes corresponding to the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th
bracket bolt holes.
4. Attach the 2-Post Slide Bracket on the 2-Post Rack using four (4) PHP, (Pan Head Phillips) 8-32 x 1/4
in. screws (or appropriate fasteners).
5. Repeat Steps 2-3 for the remaining three mounting brackets (Figure 4).
